Polish and living in the UK? Your menu will be built from products you'll easily find in Ocado, M&S, Tesco, Lidl or more other shops with the Polish flavours you grew up with still on your plate. An expat living in Poland? I'll build your plan in English, from products available in Polish shops. Moving back to Poland after years abroad? I'll help you settle back into Polish food culture without losing the habits that already work for you. I live in the UK and shop in the same supermarkets you do. I know what's actually on the shelves.
