Refund Eligibility

Dietetic Consultations

Due to the personalised nature of dietetic consultations, refunds will generally not be provided once the consultation has taken place or if the customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation without providing adequate notice. However, if a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule a consultation, they must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund. Refunds in such cases will be granted at the discretion of AnaskoMed Clinic.

Meal Plans

As meal plans are digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the meal plan has been accessed or downloaded. However, if a customer encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing or using the meal plan, they may request assistance from our support team for resolution. Refunds for meal plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the discretion of AnaskoMed Clinic.

eBooks

As eBooks are digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the eBook has been accessed or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content, it cannot be returned, and therefore, refunds are typically not provided. Customers are encouraged to review the product description, sample pages, and any available reviews before making a purchase decision. In case of technical issues preventing the customer from accessing or using the eBook, they may request assistance from our support team for resolution.

Medical Reports

Refunds for medical reports will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to the sensitive and personalised nature of these services. Once a medical report has been generated and delivered to the customer, refunds may not be provided. However, if the customer believes there was an error or inaccuracy in the report, they should notify AnaskoMed Clinic immediately, providing specific details and supporting evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be granted at the discretion of AnaskoMed Clinic after thorough review and assessment of the situation.

Refund Request

Procedure

To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request via anaskomed.clinic@gmail.com within 48 hours of the purchase date. The request should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact information
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence

Processing

Once a refund request is received, AnaskoMed Clinic will review the request and respond within 10 business days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions and Limitations

Incomplete Services
